Additional Additions

I'm not sure if my title makes sense, but I like it. Anyway I've added a new part to my workouts. I am just finished trying to add strength/mass, so now I will go for the fat loss. [which I always am aiming for anyway] I will still do the H2H: Kettlebell Circuits as before, this is my cardio, I don't like running, neither do my knees and back. I do the 3 rounds with a 53 lb bell 30 seconds each set non stop , for a total of 4.5 minutes. If that is all I am doing that day, for what ever reason, I will drop to a 35 lb bell , 1 minute each set. My workout routines will also be the same as before but I will be adding a twist. I have been seeing ads for Matt Fureys combat conditioning so I broke down and ordered it, and joined his inner circle. I tell you what the members forum alone is well worth the price. The basis of his workouts is body weight exercises so I've been adding the royal court to my daily routine along with his ab work. The royal court is 3 exercises that work the whole body and they can be done daily. The ab work is done standing up! I am starting to feel completely energized on a daily basis and it is great. I am still waiting on my "stone" to be delivered so I can change everything again.
